I spoke with john francis about his weekend getaway with a group after the 1000 Souls Gathering Event. The workshop, “Enlighten Experiences” took place in Waiwera, New Zealand. The beautiful 3 story house was located on the beach with 7 bedrooms. The event began on July 9 and ended on July 11th. On average there was always anywhere from 24 to 30 people attending.
On July 9, 2010 people started arriving at 4:00 p.m. to attend the “Enlighten Experiences”, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and lasted well after midnight. There was nothing served to eat but peanuts and finger food. Everyone went, for the most part, without food. The participants focused into a state of consciousness on arrival because they came from a busy work week and went right into the process. The workshop went steady until 3:30 a.m. There was some finger food but many didn’t eat, even though people had brought tons of food. The collective group hit their wall at 10:30 p.m. and asked, “Where’s our food? We want to eat!” And the facilitator said, “I’m sorry souls, can we keep going deeper.” Then at 12:30 the collective group said, “we got to take a break”, and there was a massive rush for the kitchen.
After a bit of humorous kicking and screaming they returned to the living room lounge. The john francis approach was let’s remain in the present moment experience as a collective. The group got present, quiet, sat down, put their seat belts on and hung on …. we are going deeper!
The group dealt with individual breakdowns and breakthroughs while they were happening. Each person was hitting walls and the whole group participated vicariously. The whole idea is as the issues come up, john francis guided the issue is about, what originates from it, what’s the core issue was and where did it begin? The issues are coming from the subconscious memory as a thought or emotions that are spiraling up from our inner core beliefs. There are 4 inner levels or layers that must be gone through before we get to the core of it – so by taking a single issue – it brings every one down to the core level. This whole time, john francis is wearing a jacket that says CORE on the back. One by one the idea of the jacket became the theme of what was going on. One by one they would realize or say, “john francis is putting his jacket on again with uproarious laughter.” The group kept going until they weren’t able to go any further and stalled out energetically and yet they were somewhat still refreshed but ready to get some sleep.
Saturday, 6:00 a.m. began the first processing of people right up until 8:00 a.m. The collective group had a little bite to eat and went out to the beach and did a small ancient ritual in the sun. The tide was out so john francis said, “imagine we are on the waterfront where the oil spill is, and we are going to walk out through the oil spill to reach the water and mother earth is going to tell you what is going on.” Everyone got in their bare feet, the sand was a dark gray so it looked kind of oily. Each soul got it right away with the sky shining bright. One woman became quite emotional which triggered a lot of others. She wasn’t crying, she was wailing fro the earth. The cry felt like a deep sense of remorse.
The group walked until there was a little waterway that was about 4 inches deep and stopped. john francis spoke, “This is where we leave the old world behind because this decision maybe coming next year and we are going to have to make a choice to stay in the city or get out into the rural country. We will choose to cross over the river of remembering. We are going to remember that this has all happened before and it’s that time again. Remember we are now in the planetary purification period and we choose to leave the old reality and our attachment to it. Some of you loved ones may not be crossing over the river into the new. They may stay with the old reality.”
About that time, around 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning, out of no where comes a firetruck down a dead end road near the beach. This tiny little community where we are staying doesn’t have a fire station.
We sent a man named Jon to check on what was going on. While Jon went to investigate, the rest of the group crossed over the river and went through “the ending” experience. We talked about what it would be like to leave the world behind and evolve forward as souls. It’s safer to cross now because the river of remembering may become the raging river of revenge in 2011. Meaning that, by next year there’s going to be a lot of chaotic experiences around the planet. It’s better to cross that river now than later. The population may be facing catastrophic challenges which could cause the clashing of color against colors, cultures against cultures, creeds against creeds and countries against countries. That’s the collective chaotic consequences that could begin the collapse of civilization.
Now if you’re trying to get out of town while that is going on, what does that look like? It’s not safe and that’s the metaphor in the raging river of revenge….getting out of town and finding some place safe and it’s not going to be easy after a certain point. If we do it now and are prepared it is a lot different.” Then we all turned around, and look at what we were leaving. And Jon who had gone to check on the fire engine was heading back toward the group. He yelled across the imaginary river, ” The firemen were doing an emergency drill on what would happen in hazardous times!”
The group suddenly related to what john francis was saying in the metaphor statement about 2011. Should this experience have been real, then the next question for the group was going to be difficult for Jon (as one of the stragglers) to join the group and make it across the river. Similarly it would be in difficult times if a decision had to be made by all of us. We would decide if Jon was going to have a positive or negative affect the group. Hypothetically if we don’t know him, right?
The group decides to create a human chain to help him get across the imaginary raging river in 2011. He came across and the group shared an experience of what the real scenario might be like if this were a real live situation instead of an experiential exercise. It definitely deepened the experience we all shared.
So now there is another 50 yards of beach that we had travel and as we got to the edge of the water looking out at the ocean. There was a little island about 150 feet off the shore, but the water was much deeper if we decided to cross. john francis asked, “what if we have to go out to that island,” and it was a more real situation about crossing the river. Instead of crossing six inches of water we might wade out over our hips or head, who knows, suddenly it became more real and dangerous.
We didn’t need to cross because it was all about the experiential or hypothetical. This was the group experience of a potential future. Even though no one went to that little island, the group was in a completely different state of experience when we returned to the house.
Next we discussed the “what ifs” of the probable future that is coming in 20011 and 2012. So the collective group could feel it internally, face it experientially, and go through the potential future of what could happen if your husband, wife, mate, children or family didn’t want to leave the city. What would you do? It’s time to start looking for the protected places and safe spaces for the times ahead. A place where if things do reach a more crisis situation, where would you go? Would you stay in the city or would you move to the country?” Suddenly the group realized all of the conversation was being used to cause the group to go deeper and face up to the reality of potential future. Though not all doom, gloom and fear. Throughout much of the many experiences on the beach there was a lot of laughter.
These conversations were used a triggers for depth, to go deeper, so every one could see a possible or a probable future. Throughout the whole process there was plenty of humor which helped people to digest the possibility or probability.
The group had brought a ton of food with them and proceeded to cook a massive and fantastic dinner in celebration. After dinner they watched the movie, “The Big Blue.” The film charts the competition and friendship of real-life champions Jacques Mayol and Enzo Majorca. The action is divided into two timelines – the nascent rivalry between the two divers as children, and (as adults) and their final competition at the world free-diving championships at the Sicilian town of Taormina. Mayol’s search for love, family, “wholeness” and the meaning of life and death is a strong undercurrent.
The metaphor in the movie was about self and soul and it is very similar to the metaphor and message that people experienced in the movie Avatar. Afterwards the group connected into the present moment experience and went deeper again into the depths within each of us just like the movie. As the group tired, what came up were individual fears about the future. The group started to separate and splinter. The energy became fragmented and just before bed people were in their stuff or drama. And john francis assured them all as they went to sleep, “Watch, in the morning this will all pass and every thing will be bright and rosy, you watch.”
Next morning everything was bright and rosy. People were fresh, recharged and ready to go again. Sunday morning the group had breakfast followed by massages all morning with each other. Four massage tables inside and outside. There was a tremendous assimilation and healing for what the soul group had gone through.
Throughout the afternoon we focused on what is Ancient Soul Initiation and went those same processes that were practiced at the great Pyramid of Cheops in Egypt.
The Enlighten Experiences weekend ended on a very high energy note with lots of laughter and fun, great humor, incredible breakthroughs with permanent transformational shifts …. and perhaps even more than transformations peoples lives were changed, altered as souls, very deep, loving and fantastic.”
Out of the weekend emerged a community of souls who want to live together, work together and do the spiritual work necessary to end the reincarnation cycle. The workshop ended with soul singing, uproarious humor and enjoyable laughter. Everyone went to the hot springs and soaked for several hours. Imagine having an hour and a half massage by 4 people at the same time and ending at the hot springs soaking away all the world’s worries.
As the reporter of this “Enlighten Experience”, I can only say I wish I was there!
